HubSpot’s free CRM is the most generous free tier in the market and an excellent way to get a small sales team onto a CRM without spending anything. It includes unlimited users, unlimited contacts, deal pipeline, email integration, meeting scheduling, live chat, and basic reporting. For a team of two to five people who have never used a CRM, it is the right starting point.
The problem is what happens next. HubSpot is designed to pull you upward through its pricing tiers as you need more features. The Starter plan at around $15 per user per month adds basic automation and removes HubSpot branding from forms. The Professional plan, where WhatsApp and most serious automation live, starts from around $450 per month for five users. At that price point you are well past what most UAE SMEs budgeted when they signed up for the free plan.
HubSpot’s Arabic support is partial.
