Do You Know Every SIM Registered Under Your Emirates ID?

TDRA’s free Hesabati service shows the active mobile and fixed numbers registered under your Emirates ID. It is one of the simplest identity checks UAE residents can run.

There is a free UAE security check that takes almost no effort and most residents never run.

TDRA’s Hesabati service shows the active mobile and fixed numbers registered under your Emirates ID across UAE service providers.

If you see a number you do not recognise, that is not a harmless database oddity. It deserves immediate investigation.

What Hesabati actually shows

TDRA says the service lists active mobile and fixed phone numbers registered under the Emirates ID used to sign in. Access is through UAE PASS, there is no fee, and the service is designed for individuals with an Emirates ID.

The result is simple: a list of the numbers that providers currently associate with your identity.

Why this matters

A SIM is not just a phone line. It can receive OTPs, reset accounts and create a trail of activity attached to the registered subscriber.

TDRA’s subscriber-registration rules are explicitly designed to reduce misuse, identity fraud and false registrations. Providers must verify subscribers and keep registration data current.

That is why checking your own record is useful even if nothing has gone wrong.

If you find a number you do not recognise

TDRA tells subscribers to contact the relevant service provider immediately and file an official complaint.

Do not assume an unfamiliar number is old or harmless until the provider confirms what it is and why it is attached to your identity.

This is different from checking your Emirates ID copy

Our Emirates ID risk investigation looked at what can happen when identity documents are copied or misused. Hesabati gives residents one practical way to verify a downstream consequence: whether telecom accounts exist under the same identity.

And our 2026 UAE scam-pattern roundup shows why control over verification channels remains such a recurring part of fraud.

The 60-second habit

  1. Open the TDRA website or smart app.
  2. Sign in with UAE PASS.
  3. Choose Hesabati.
  4. Review every active number shown.
  5. Escalate anything you do not recognise to the provider.

The Robius Read

Security advice often asks residents to watch for something suspicious.

Hesabati is better because it lets you check a concrete record.

You do not need to wait for a scam call or an account problem. You can simply ask: what telecom services are registered under my identity right now?
